Ingredients:

1. Whole organic chicken (1 or 2).
2. Spinach (500g).
3. Avocados (2).
4. Cauliflower.
5. Cold pressed organic extra virgin olive oil (at least 50g).

Seasonings: (Organic) – basil, black pepper, oregano and sea salt
*The salt can be mixed with some seaweed.

Instructions:

1. Put both of the chickens in the oven on 225º celsius, for around 45 minutes.
2. If needed wash the spinach, cut and a throw it in big bowl.
3. Peel and chop the avocados and throw them in the bowl on top of the spinach.
4. Boil and cut the cauliflower on relatively small pieces.
5. Add olive oil accordingly to your personal preferences.
6. Add all of the seasonings and mix the whole salad together.
7. Enjoy when the chickens are done.
