Ingredients:
l lb of steak.
Grass fed butter (Kerry gold or other).
Seasonings: Oregano, Atlantic sea salt, black pepper & basil.
Cooking:
Step 1: Melt at least 50g butter in a pan on medium to high heat.
Step 2: Put the steaks in the pan and cook them for 5 to 10 minutes from both sides. (I prefer to cover the pan while doing it).
Step 3: Get baking pan and cover it with baking paper.
Step 4: Pre heat the oven on 250 degrees Celsius.
Step 5: Put the steaks on the paper and add the seasonings.
Step 6: Throw them into the oven for not more than around 5 minutes.
Step 7: Enjoy.
Side note: You can make the meal complete by either incorporating some free range whole eggs and more fat in form of butter and full fat cream or by adding some white basmati rice or yams and veggies.
It depends on your personal preferences and the lifestyle you have.
