RECAP OF Q&A EPISODE 9.
When do I eat my one meal a day?
Post or pre-workout?
Since I am nocturnal eater. I never eat during the day.
I always have my meal right before I go to the bed.
I start to consume food only when ready to settle down and wrap for the day.
This allows my body to use all of the nutrients only when they are already in my bloodstream.
I live my life in a fasted state.
It keeps me sharper, more alert, vascular, muscular and to a big extend I feel like my brain power is enhanced.
It also improves my sensitivity to everything: fats, proteins, carbohydrates and specially the caffein in all of the high quality coffee I consume.
As Dave Asprey loves to say: Coffee is my drug of choice.
My workouts and long fasts allow me to get the most out of it with a slightly different feel.
During the day I train twice and take care of work, tasks and daily responsibilities.
I do AM and PM sessions.
My workouts are not too long. Typically they do not last more than 20 to 30 minutes.
Currently I train between 8 and 9 am and 6 and 7 pm.
I never use heavy weights nor the 3 big lifts.
I use tons of isolation and insane intensity.
I do not rest between the sets. A typical session usually looks like one gigantic superset.
Because of that I can fit relatively high volume, in shorter period of time.
I do not care about the numbers nor the weight. The pump is my only goal when at the gym, so I chase it.
This does not overtax my nervous system and lets me to hit body part a lot more frequently.
The best thing when comes to really make your body use all of the nutrients in your blood.
That totally improves my overall blood circulation.
They are many other factors, but those are some of the most important elements of the lifestyle which enables me to reap some of the priceless benefits such as:
*Look Younger.
*Feel absolutely amazing 24/7.
*Have maximum productivity.
*Have excessive energy and
*Sleep for not more that 5 to 6 hours per night.
*Make solid and very lean gains without tracking anything.
Yours truly:
