Paleo inspired muscle building meal.
Ingredients:
Sweet potatoes or yams, hot, red and green peppers, garlic, onions, zuchini, carrots, parsley
Lean meats: beef and chicken.
Boil the ground beef.
Peal, wash and slice the sweet potatoes on 3 or 4 big parts.
Cover a cooking pan with baking paper and place the potato slices in it.
Throw the pan in the oven and set the it on 225 celsius for around 45 minutes.
Throw the beef in a wok.
Carefully chop all of the vegetables on small pieces and then put them in the wok on top of the meat.
Add some water and put the wok on medium heath for 20 to 25 minutes.
Sprinkle some high quality sea salt, oregano and cover the wok.
Cut the chicken meats on small chops, place them on sticks and then throw them on top of the potatoes in the oven.
Let both of them cook.
After everything is done enjoy!
