Usually my appetite varies on the day to day basis.

Sometimes I get full faster while others tend to eat bigger quantities of food.

To eat the same exact amounts was never my goal and it will probably never be, but often I simply want reach the point of satiety quicker.

In this post I would like to explain a very simple trick you can use to achieve this.

I found it recently by a complete accident.

I see it as more than effective, so you may want to give it a try as well.

So if you search for easy way to get full on HFLC, then this might be the solution of your problem.

I believe it works even better in a situation where the diet you follow is combined with some type of intermittent fasting.

I started applying this approach to my combination of one meal a day eating pattern and food choices such as meats, fishes, eggs, butter, and MCTS, but I believe it will produce the same results in other situations with more prolonged feeding windows.

For example: (8/16 or 4/20)

It is based on a simple tweak on the way you consume your salt.

So let’s for example say your daily consumption of sodium from external source does not exceed the number of 2000 mg.

The thing I would like to recommend you is to simply take the same exact amount at once.

If you use protocol based on consumption of 2 or 3 meals in 4 to 8 hour eating window, than make sure to eat all of your salt with only 1 of them.

On the other side if you practice some form of OMAD that includes multiple servings, then I suggest to sprinkle all of your salt on only one of them.

In order to be more specific and help you understand better I would like to share with you exactly what I do .

In 80% of the time my OMAD consists 3 dishes.
They are 2 main and 1 dessert.

The 1st one is only meats. Mostly beef and chicken topped with grass fed butter and eventually some coconut oil.

The 2nd is only whole free range eggs. Usually omelette cooked with a lot of butter.

The 3rd aka the dessert is few containers of full fat sour cream. If possible I go with the organic.

So on the 1st I skip adding salt entirely and keep all of it for the 2nd .

Since I do lots of omelettes I prefer to throw all of the salt in the pyrex and mix it with the eggs while beating them.

I believe the only reason for doing it is because it helps me to distribute the taste all over the whole dish a lot better.

For you it is not necessary to do everything in the exact same manner as me.

You can play with it in order to make things perfect for your personal needs and preferences.

If for some reason you find this easier or somehow more essential then you can probably also drink all of the salt with a little bit of water at once.

If you want you can also adjust the actual amounts you consume.

Honestly those two are a bit harsh for me and I don’t feel any real need to go that deep, but I also think there shouldn’t be any limitations when it comes to finding what is best for you.

Believe it or not for me this works as a massive appetite suppressor.

Every time I use the method I am not able to go with more than 21/2 or even 2 containers of the sour cream on my dessert.

By doing a lot of self observation I also found, when spread the salt on all of my foods I can easily do up 4 to 5 before I reach the level of satiety.

Call it weird, but it really does not matter what the quality of the salt is.
Celtic, Atlantic with sea weed or even the famous pink rocks.

I have them all in my kitchen.

I do not like to say it, because I am huge fan of some exotic types and I definitely see all of the amazing benefits they provide, but for me salt always increases appetite.

*Awesome side effect:

When doing this I also noticed remarkable increase in the sensitivity of my taste receptors.

During my whole life, I’ve tried many different diets and eating pattern protocols.

There is absolutely no doubt for me.

In the moment I adapted to the state of ketosis and OMAD my taste sensitivity definitely got much stronger when comparing to the way it was before, but I was never able to notice the difference between the salted and unsalted butter.

Recently I realized that if I follow this method for 3 days in a row, I am able to not only notice, but really taste actual salt in the butter I add to my meats (1st dish).

It seems like the salt might be a strong appetizer for many of us.

Why I use the method?

I eat my meal right before I go to the bed. In other words I eat until I fall asleep.

Often specially during the winter periods/ *warz I want to be able to fall into sleep faster, so I can wake up early and kick more ass.

I realized not taking all of my salt at once can definitely interfere my ability to do it, so I fix the problem by following the approach I explained.

Should you use it ?

Yes, as long as you want to be able to reach satiety faster and as long as it works for you.

The only time I do not recommend the usage of it is in a situation with a person who struggles with under eating.

So if that is you, then maybe it is not your best option and you want to avoid it.

Good Luck.

Yours Truly:
