It was quite a while since I bought something from the local stores for sports goods instead of purchasing it from amazon, some sneaker website or the manufacture’s warehouses. Most of the time during the past I did not picked my clothes from windows of the stores and I use to rarely buy from there. The biggest reason for this is because quite often the model and size I like and need are simply not available. Most common and essential for me thing was to order over 85% of the stuff I wear online and this is the place where I search for it. Usually I stick with few brands and know the exact size I need with each of them, so I have no problems . . .
[/imageframe]A while ago I went to a local mall to have a nice cup of Americano coffee and spend some quality time with my family. While enjoying my drink I noticed there is a NIKE store on the opposite side of the coffee shop where I was. First thing I saw were some huge letters upfront. The letters use to say something like “New Collections” and etc. Even though they are not the only brand for me and I am not a sneaker maniac, collector or what ever, more likely I consider myself as a NIKE Head.
So after I finished my coffee I decided to take a look in order to see what is up. Usually the things I search for are either Stringers, Sweatpants or maybe some AIRMAX 90 , but this time I did not asked for none of that stuff, because I saw something that grabbed my attention immediately after I’ve entered the store.
[/imageframe]I saw a wonderful in my opinion piece. I felt like it is the right one for someone with physique similar to mine and I got to have it. It was the 8715 Track and Field Sweatshirt in the light grey /
To be honest with you since my whole life I never practiced or trained Track and Field. I do not do too much cardio and when I do it is almost never sprints or something similar, but I decided to ignore all that (nonsense) and try the sweatshirt in order to see how it fits and looks on me, which are the only important things.
What first got my attention was the color combo. I really like how that loud orange/ red lettering looks on the grey background. The contrast itself really makes things stand out. There are other different colors available, but I do not feel the same when I look at them. As you probably know red is the color of action so this is probably one of the main reasons why this option seems to be so appealing to me. On the back right under the neck it says “Revolution in motion” with the same nice color and lettering. This quote reminds me something similar to “improving while moving” or even self improvement on the go. I do not have explication for that and it is simply the first association that comes in my head when I see it.
[/imageframe]The sweatshirt itself is awesome and really comfortable. 100% Cotton, really light but in the same way nice and cushy. A great feature is the zipped pocket that is actually unreachable until you open the zipper. The pocket is placed on the inside and it can be very useful for Iphone or a wallet.
